Sam Rockman

Sam Rockman is a London-based photographer and visual artist with a broad portfolio of work that looks beyond the lens to build real connection with musicians, models, artists, and people from around the world. To date, his work has spanned analogue and digital photography, as well as music videos, live performance, and documentaries.

Sam’s photos have been featured in publications such as Wonderland, Dreamingless, Billboard, and Kerrang, and he has worked with musicians such as Perc, Hollie Cook, Jelani, and Gentleman’s Dub Club among many others. He has also had the opportunity to capture the ephemeral images of festivals like Download, 2000 Trees, and Glastonbury.

Sam was a finalist in 2 categories for the 2023 Abbey Road Music Photographer Awards - Undiscovered Photographer of the Year and Underground Scenes. Since the awards he has also been working with Abbey Road Studios and will be Resident Photographer for a year.
