Lauren Luxenberg is a multi-award-winning Canadian-British photographer and director living in London, and one of Dazed Digital’s best in class rising female creatives.
Immersing herself in the centre of London music culture, she works closely with the likes of Central Cee, Mark Ronson, Knucks, Sugababes, KSI and more. Her first short film 3:24 was nominated at Oscar and BAFTA qualifying film festivals, and was the launchpad for several more award-winning exhibitions and films. One of these, a documentary about the life of London’s most exciting rapper Knucks, won Best Sound Design at Thin Line Fest and has since been nominated for 12 more awards. Lauren has been commissioned by Universal, Sony, Warner, Audemars Piguet, Nike, YouTube, WPP, Iris, NOWNESS, and more globally recognised agencies, brands and labels.
In her personal projects she heavily focuses on providing a platform for emerging communities such as Medellin, Colombia, aiming to give local art global resonance.
