The eye of the moshpit storm at a Fontaines D.C. gig, with Grian Chatten acting like a conductor of all the chaos from the stage. At an intimate venue in Hackney, this whole show felt like being in a washing machine from start to finish. Shooting live music has many challenges but this one was off the scale. Drenched in sweat, drinks and a continuously crashing wall of death. One of the most difficult, but importantly most fun, shows I’ve ever shot.
